S61 Maintain MEP File - EVENTS

Purposes:

This screen allows the MIMS user to view the file event log in accordance with specified filters.  Events are things that are considered, by MEP, to be “noteworthy” about a file.

Prerequisites:

1.       MIMS user must have applicable security authorization.

The following groups have access to this screen:

                  All MEP  Users

                  Alberta HR & E

                  Legal Services Agents

                  Provisional Agents

Helpful Hint:

·         Events are actions taken on a file considered by MEP to be noteworthy. These actions are automatically added to the event log by MIMS and can only be viewed on the Events Log.

·         When entering information onto a file access is available to more than one user at a time.  Whichever user hits ‘Save’ first will have their information stored first.
